3M™ 203 is a 4.7 mil general purpose masking tape built on a crepe paper backing with a natural rubber adhesive. The backing tears cleanly by hand, eliminating the need for a dispenser or cutting tool, and conforms readily to curved or irregular surfaces for consistent edge coverage.
This tape is well suited to light-duty paint masking, bundling, holding, and surface protection in manufacturing, light assembly, and facilities maintenance environments. The natural rubber adhesive bonds quickly to powder-coated metal, stainless steel, and painted substrates, and the tape withstands temperatures up to 200°F for 30 minutes without adhesive bleed or edge lifting.
Each roll measures 1 inch wide by 60 yards long and is designed to remove cleanly from common industrial surfaces without leaving adhesive residue. Cases pack 36 rolls and ship via parcel carrier.
