3M™ 969 Adhesive Transfer Tape is a 5-mil soft acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive transfer tape supplied in 3/4" x 18-yard dispenser rolls, reverse-wound on a 1" core. The adhesive system delivers very high initial tack and strong shear holding power, supported by a densified kraft paper liner that enables clean, consistent finger-touch application without heat or solvents.
This tape is used in manufacturing assembly, graphic arts, packaging, and industrial fabrication where reliable bonds to dissimilar substrates are required. It adheres effectively to paper, films, most plastics, metal, and foam, making it a practical choice for joining, mounting, and laminating tasks where a wet adhesive or double-coated tape would be cumbersome.
Optimum bonding performance occurs between 70°F and 100°F application temperature. The roll dimensions fit standard 1" core hand-held and bench-top dispensers. Each case contains 48 rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
