3M™ 971 Durable Floor Marking Tape is a 17 mil white vinyl floor marking tape built for permanent lane, boundary, and hazard marking in high-traffic industrial environments. Its thick vinyl construction resists scuffing, abrasion, and repeated forklift and pallet traffic while retaining color visibility over the life of the installation.

The rubber-based adhesive bonds securely to concrete, sealed concrete, and epoxy-coated floors, and is formulated for residue-free removal when marking layouts require updating. An operating range of 40°F to 120°F makes this tape suitable for refrigerated warehouses, manufacturing floors, distribution centers, and temperature-controlled fulfillment facilities. It supports OSHA-aligned aisle marking, workstation boundaries, hazard zones, and inventory staging.

A 250% elongation rate allows the tape to conform around floor transitions and minor surface irregularities without lifting or tearing at the edges. Each case contains 4 rolls and weighs approximately 13.77 lbs. Ships via parcel carrier.
