The 3M™ 976 Adhesive Transfer Tape delivers a 2.0 mil soft acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on a densified kraft paper liner, reverse-wound on a 1" core. This construction enables clean, consistent adhesive transfer to smooth and glossy surfaces where an invisible, permanent bond is required, with full compatibility with standard 1" core tape dispensers.

The 1/4" narrow-width format is well-suited for precise bonding in print finishing, point-of-purchase display fabrication, packaging construction, and light manufacturing assembly. The soft acrylic formulation bonds reliably to most plastics, coated papers, and glossy board stocks — making it a practical choice for operations where high initial tack and sustained holding power are needed on difficult substrates.

Each roll measures 36 yards in length. The product is sold in cases of 72 rolls, supporting bulk stocking for production lines and assembly environments. Compatible 1" core dispensers are available separately.
