3M High Performance Green Masking Tape 401+ is a 6.7 mil crepe paper tape with a natural/synthetic rubber blend adhesive, available in a 1-inch width by 60-yard roll length. The green crepe backing conforms to curves and irregular surfaces while maintaining sharp mask edges under demanding finishing conditions.
This tape is engineered for paint booths, powder coating prep, automotive body finishing, and general industrial masking where heat and solvents are present. The construction resists paint bleed-through for clean, defined lines and holds up to solvent exposure during coating and cleaning cycles.
Temperature resistance is rated to 250°F for up to 30 minutes, supporting bake-cycle applications without adhesive transfer. Each case contains 24 individually wound rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
