These polyethylene air foam rolls measure 1/16" thick by 18" wide by 1,250' long, with four rolls per case delivering 5,000 total linear feet of protective foam. Thousands of small air cells throughout the foam structure absorb shock and cushion surfaces during transit and storage, while the non-abrasive face prevents scratching on finished or delicate materials.

The 1/16" profile is a practical choice for interleaving flat components, lining the interior walls of shipping boxes and warehouse bins, and wrapping smooth or polished surfaces where bulk padding would add unnecessary weight or volume. Glass, machined metal, lacquered wood, and coated plastics are common candidates. Moisture-resistant construction provides secondary protection in humid storage and distribution environments.

Each roll weighs approximately 12 lbs; a full case weighs 48 lbs and requires freight delivery. Rolls are non-perforated, so operators can cut any custom length directly from the roll to suit the application. Cases are sold as a unit of four.
