This 24 x 24 x 2" pick and pack foam sheet is made from soft polyurethane foam with a built-in anti-static formulation that dissipates electrostatic charge, making it appropriate for packaging electronics, circuit boards, and other static-sensitive components. The sheet is pre-scored in a 1/2" square grid, so individual foam pieces pop out by hand — no cutting tools required — enabling custom-fit cavities for irregularly shaped items.
The 2" thickness delivers substantial cushioning depth for fragile or high-value goods. Typical applications include warehouse pick-and-pack operations, e-commerce electronics fulfillment, medical device packaging, and light manufacturing environments where static control during handling and transit is a priority.
