Kraft Stayflats® Mailers are built from .036 kraft chipboard, a rigid, self-supporting construction that resists bending without additional stiffeners or inserts. The integrated tab lock closure seals contents securely during high-volume fulfillment without requiring tape.
The 9 3/4 x 12 1/4 inch sizing accommodates documents, photos, certificates, thin folios, and rigid flat goods commonly shipped in e-commerce, retail distribution, print fulfillment, and professional services. The lightweight chipboard build helps control postage costs compared to corrugated or bubble-lined alternatives.
