These 3 x 5 inch green direct thermal labels use a heat-sensitive coating that reacts directly to the printhead, eliminating the need for ink, toner, or transfer ribbon. Sharp barcodes, text, and graphics are produced without ribbon changeover, reducing both supply costs and downtime between print runs.

The green color supports color-coded labeling workflows, enabling visual sorting of shipments, order prioritization, and product category separation at the receiving dock or warehouse floor. Compatible with Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and most standard direct thermal label printers, these labels integrate readily into existing logistics, fulfillment, and retail distribution setups.

Each case contains 1,300 labels and ships via parcel carrier. Also available in Red, Orange, Yellow, and Blue for facilities running multi-color label programs.
