These 24" x 12" x 2" compostable cushioning pads are a plant-based protective packaging alternative to conventional plastic foam and bubble materials. Each pad integrates compostable film, trapped air, and plant-derived cushioning material into a flexible, conforming structure that absorbs impact and dampens vibration during transit.
The pads' ability to conform around irregular product shapes makes them well-suited for e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing distribution, and retail shipment preparation — particularly for fragile, irregularly shaped, or impact-sensitive items that require reliable blocking and bracing within the shipping carton.
Each pad measures 2" thick and is sized to work within standard box configurations. Cases contain 60 pads at approximately 10 lbs total. Freight delivery is required for this item.
