These 8 7/8 x 11 7/8 inch corrugated layer pads are manufactured from ECT-32 kraft corrugated board, delivering rigid, lightweight separation between stacked product layers inside cartons and shipping containers. Each pad weighs 0.061 lbs, keeping added weight negligible even at high pack volumes.
Layer pads are used in e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, and manufacturing environments to distribute weight evenly across stacked product layers, limit shifting during transit, and provide a protective barrier when cartons are opened with a cutting tool. The flat corrugated construction also makes these pads effective as stiffeners inside poly mailers and large envelopes.
