These 3" x 5" direct thermal labels use heat-sensitive facestock that reacts directly to the printhead, eliminating the need for a ribbon or ink cartridge. The bright white topcoated surface produces crisp, high-density text and barcodes with consistent image clarity and reliable scan reads.

Shipping departments, distribution centers, fulfillment operations, and manufacturing floors use these labels for carton marking, inventory identification, work orders, and warehouse routing. Their compatibility with Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and other standard direct thermal printers allows integration into existing print stations without additional consumables.

Labels are supplied on 3" cores. Each case contains 6 rolls and weighs approximately 26 lbs, making case-quantity ordering practical for high-volume labeling environments running continuous print operations.
