The Ecojacket® Flex is an all-paper padded mailer that replaces traditional bubble lining with a fluted kraft paper interior, delivering cushioning and structural rigidity while remaining fully curbside recyclable and repulpable. No plastic components require separation before recycling.

The 7 1/4 x 11 1/4 inch format suits flat and lightweight shipments across e-commerce, retail distribution, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment — particularly apparel, books, cosmetics, electronics accessories, and supplement products. A self-adhesive peel-and-seal strip enables fast line-speed sealing, and an integrated tear strip provides clean, tool-free opening for the recipient.

Each mailer has been tested for drop and puncture resistance per standard mailer performance benchmarks, confirming protective performance without plastic cushioning. Cases of 100 ship via parcel carrier.
