These 12 x 15" flush cut foam pouches are manufactured from 1/8" (125 mil) polyethylene foam and heat-sealed on three sides to form a lightweight protective sleeve. The flush cut opening allows fast, consistent item insertion without snagging or repositioning during high-volume packing runs.

The soft, non-scratching foam surface makes these pouches a practical choice for manufacturers packing machined components, electronics distributors protecting circuit boards and connectors, and e-commerce operations shipping cosmetics, optical goods, or small finished products where surface integrity matters.

Each case contains 150 pouches. The foam dissipates minor surface contact but is not formulated to dissipate electrostatic charge — pink anti-static foam pouches are available separately for static-sensitive components. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
