These 15 x 18" flush cut foam pouches are manufactured from 1/8" thick polyethylene foam and heat-sealed into an open-top bag configuration. The flush cut edge produces a clean, snag-free opening that accelerates loading and retrieval on high-volume packing lines without snagging or tearing product surfaces.

The non-abrasive polyethylene construction makes these pouches well-suited for finished goods, machined parts, optical components, glass panels, and consumer electronics — any surface where contact abrasion or scratching is a concern.
