These 3x3" flush cut foam pouches are constructed from 1/8" thick polyethylene air foam, heat-sealed on three sides to form a lightweight open-top pouch. Flush cut seams sit even with the pouch edges, allowing clean insertion and removal without snagging or tearing — a detail that matters on fast-moving assembly and packing lines.

The non-abrasive polyethylene surface makes these pouches well suited for finished goods, machined metal parts, optical components, jewelry, electronic hardware, and any small item requiring scratch-free containment. The closed-cell foam structure absorbs minor impact and vibration without adding meaningful weight to the packaged unit.

Each pouch measures 3x3" with an open top for quick single-hand loading. Polyethylene construction carries no static-dissipating properties; a pink anti-static version is available separately for items sensitive to electrostatic charge. Sold in cases of 1,000 and ships via parcel.
