These 5 x 6" flush cut foam pouches are formed from 1/8" thick polyethylene foam, heat-sealed on three sides to create a clean, open-top bag. Flush cut construction keeps the seam edge-flush, eliminating bulky folds for consistent, efficient packing.
The non-abrasive, moisture-resistant foam makes these pouches well-suited for protecting hardware, components, glassware, and small electronics in pick-and-pack fulfillment, light manufacturing, and retail distribution environments where surface protection and lightweight cushioning are priorities.
Each case contains 500 pouches. Also available in pink anti-static foam for applications involving electrostatic charge-sensitive items. Ships via parcel carrier.
