These 5 x 8" flush cut foam pouches are formed from 1/8" thick polyethylene foam and sealed on three sides to create a lightweight, open-mouth pouch. The flush cut opening eliminates the raised edge common on die-cut alternatives, allowing fast, snag-free loading without scratching or marring surfaces.

The non-abrasive foam construction makes these pouches a practical fit for finished hardware, optical components, small machined parts, consumer electronics accessories, and retail-packaged goods — anywhere surface integrity must be maintained through packing, transit, and storage.
