These 60 x 90 x 12 inch gusseted poly mattress bags are built from 4 mil polyethylene — a substantially heavier construction than standard 1–2 mil poly covers — delivering reliable resistance to punctures, tears, moisture, and surface abrasion throughout storage or transit.

The gusseted profile conforms to the full depth of a queen-size mattress or box spring, making these bags a practical fit for moving companies, storage facilities, furniture retailers, mattress distributors, and last-mile logistics operations that routinely handle bulky bedding. Clear poly construction lets handlers visually confirm bag contents without opening them, supporting fast inventory checks at any point in the handling chain.

Each case contains 40 bags. The open-end design accommodates quick loading in high-volume environments, and the 4 mil wall provides a meaningful durability advantage for items with protruding corners or coil edges that can stress lighter poly film.
