Instapak Quick® RT #45 Heavy-Duty Expandable Foam Bags measure 18 x 20 inches and deliver on-demand foam cushioning without heating equipment or specialized machinery. The RT (Room Temperature) formulation activates between 65°F and 90°F, making these bags fully portable and usable at any packing station, warehouse floor, or field location without a dedicated foam system.

The Heavy-Duty designation makes these bags appropriate for shipments in the 40–80 lb. range — a higher-strength foam fill than standard Instapak Quick bags. Typical applications include packaged industrial components, automotive parts, electronics, and other dense or heavy goods requiring reliable impact absorption and surface protection during transit.

The chemical reaction occurs entirely inside the sealed bag, so there is no equipment contact, no residue, and no cleanup required. The expanded foam conforms around the product, creating a custom-fit cushion. Each case contains 30 bags at a per-case weight of 15.1 lbs. and ships via parcel carrier.
