Instapak Quick® RT expandable foam bags deliver on-demand, custom-fit cushioning without preheating equipment or warming units. The 15 x 18" bag self-activates within an ambient temperature range of 65° to 90°F, making the system fully portable and ready to deploy at any packing station without infrastructure changes.

The foam-forming chemicals are sealed entirely within each bag, so activation requires no external mixing and leaves no residue to clean up. Once positioned around or beneath a fragile item, the expanding foam conforms precisely to the product's shape and cures in place — a method well suited to e-commerce fulfillment, electronics distribution, manufacturing pack lines, and retail replenishment operations shipping irregular or high-value goods.

This bulk pack configuration contains 180 bags per case at approximately 36.5 lbs per case. Ordering by the case supports consistent stock levels at high-volume packing stations. This bag is designated #10 in the Instapak Quick® RT product line.
