Instapak Quick® RT Bag #40 is an 18 x 24" expandable foam-in-place cushioning bag that activates at room temperature — no preheating unit, warming cabinet, or electrical equipment required. The RT formulation operates between 65°F and 90°F, making it portable and immediately deployable at any packing station or work area.

These bags are well suited to e-commerce fulfillment, electronics distribution, manufacturing, and retail operations where products of varying shapes require reliable immobilization inside a shipper box. The self-contained chemical reaction conforms foam directly around the product, eliminating void fill guesswork and securing items against shift and impact damage in transit.

Each bag houses pre-measured chemicals that react entirely within the sealed bag, so there is no mixing equipment to maintain and no chemical residue to clean up. This bulk pack format contains 112 bags per case, making it appropriate for moderate-to-high cushioning volume where per-unit cost efficiency matters.
