These 6-1/4 x 3-1/8" two-part carbon inventory tags, Style #8, are consecutively numbered #0500–0999 on both the top sheet and base copy. A printed white top sheet with carbon transfer produces a simultaneous duplicate record — no additional equipment required. The 10-point manila base stock provides the durability needed for active handling environments.

The dual-attachment design suits a variety of operational settings: the adhesive strip on the base ply bonds directly to surfaces for shelf or bin labeling, while the 3/16" reinforced, tear-resistant eyelet accommodates string or wire hanging for asset tagging, receiving inspection, retail merchandise, and manufacturing work-in-process identification.

Each tag features matching consecutive numbering on both plies, keeping every pair traceable through its full lifecycle. Compatible tag string and wire are available separately. Cases contain 500 tags and ship via parcel carrier.
