These 6-1/4 x 3-1/8" Style #8 two-part carbonless stub tags deliver an automatic duplicate record at the point of tagging — the detached stub travels with the item while the base copy is retained for tracking and reconciliation, eliminating the need for manual transcription.

Warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing floors, and retail stockrooms rely on these tags for inventory audits, receiving, work-in-process tracking, and cycle counts. The pre-wired format keeps operations moving quickly, since each tag arrives ready to attach without a separate wiring step.

Each tag is constructed with a white top sheet over a manila base ply, with sequential numbers 4000–4499 printed in red on the stub, base, and top plies. A 3/16" reinforced, tear-resistant eyelet provides a secure attachment point, and the included 12" 26-gauge wire is pre-attached. Additional 12" 26-gauge tag wire is available separately.
