These 1/2" Medium Tack, Medium Profile Glue Dots® deliver instant contact adhesion without heat guns, loose adhesive, or open flames. Each pre-extruded hot melt dot measures 1/2" in diameter at 1/32" thickness, dispensing cleanly from a Dot Shot® Pro Roll format. The medium tack formulation holds securely yet allows clean removal — dots are clear, non-toxic, odorless, and FDA compliant.

The roll format suits production lines, fulfillment stations, retail environments, and promotional assembly work. Common applications include attaching cards, coupons, product inserts, lightweight components, and in-store displays to packaging or flat surfaces where a controlled, repeatable bond is required.

Each roll contains 600 dots and is designed exclusively for use with the Dot Shot® Pro Dispenser Gun, which feeds dots at a consistent rate for high-volume placement. Rolls are parcel-friendly and available for single-roll or multi-roll ordering to match ongoing production demand.
