Description

These #4 white self-seal padded mailers measure 9 1/2 x 14 1/2 inches and combine a moisture-resistant, puncture-resistant outer shell with interior fiber cushioning that expands during transit to absorb impact and protect contents without any added packaging materials.

The peel-and-seal flap uses a natural rubber adhesive that bonds to itself on contact, eliminating the need for tape or sealing equipment at the packing station. This closure style is well suited to e-commerce fulfillment centers, retail distribution operations, direct-mail campaigns, and any environment where consistent, high-volume sealing speed matters.

Each case contains 100 mailers. Because cushioning is built into the mailer itself, no separate inserts or void fill are required, reducing per-shipment material costs and simplifying packing workflow. Ships via parcel carrier.
