These 8 x 10 inch high-gloss paper labels carry a bold "Do Not Sign For This Shipment" warning message, giving receiving personnel a clear, immediate alert before a delivery is accepted. The large-format surface and high-gloss stock combine to maximize print contrast and on-site readability under warehouse lighting conditions.

Warehouses, distribution centers, fulfillment operations, and freight shipping departments rely on these labels to flag damaged, disputed, or conditional shipments at the point of receipt. The 8 x 10 inch format provides visibility on pallets, oversized cartons, and freight shipments alike, making them effective wherever a receiving team needs an unmistakable visual stop signal.

Labels are wound on a 3-inch diameter core, compatible with standard tabletop and wall-mount label dispensers. Compatible tabletop dispensers (SL9506, SL9512, SL9518) and wall-mount dispensers (LDM300, LDM450, LDM850, LDM1250) are sold separately. Each roll contains 250 labels and ships via parcel carrier.
