This 48"-wide foam roll is manufactured from a minimum of 90% recycled polyethylene, making it a responsible alternative to virgin-material foam without compromising cushioning performance. Black coloring provides immediate visual identification as recycled-content material, supporting internal sustainability tracking and compliance documentation.
Perforations spaced every 12" along the 550' length allow workers to tear off consistent sheets without cutting tools, which benefits high-throughput packing lines where speed and uniformity are priorities. At 1/8" thickness, the foam protects surfaces against scratches, scuffs, and light abrasion — suited for wrapping, interleaving, and layering in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, and retail distribution environments.
