These kraft reverse tuck folding cartons are constructed from 24-point die-cut fiberboard with a natural kraft finish and meet federal specification PPP-B-566. The reverse tuck design places opposing tuck flaps on alternating ends — top tuck inserts from the front, bottom tuck from the rear — with pye-lock tabs that lock positively without adhesive or supplemental sealing materials.
The 3 x 1-5/16 x 3 inch interior fits small consumer goods, retail hardware, cosmetics, vitamins, and supplements. The natural kraft surface accepts labels and direct print, making these cartons practical for branded retail packaging, contract packaging, and regulated product applications requiring PPP-B-566 compliance.
Cartons are die-cut and ship flat, keeping storage footprint minimal until assembly is needed. Each case contains 1,000 units and ships via parcel carrier.
