Scotch® Box Sealing Tape 373 is a 2.5 mil polypropylene-backed carton sealing tape with a synthetic rubber adhesive, available in red to support color-coded sealing and routing workflows. The red designation makes it easy to differentiate cartons by department, priority, or product line at a glance, reducing sorting errors in busy shipping environments.

The synthetic rubber adhesive bonds instantly to corrugated surfaces, including cartons with high recycled fiber content, while the heavy-duty polypropylene backing resists edge tearing and splitting under repeated handling. Moisture and abrasion resistance help maintain bond integrity through conveyor lines, staging areas, and storage. This combination makes it well suited for e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and retail distribution operations where tape performance and visual identification both matter.
