Scotch® Box Sealing Tape 373 is a 2.5 mil biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) tape with a synthetic rubber adhesive, engineered for reliable high-volume carton sealing. The 3-inch width delivers confident coverage on medium to heavy corrugated cartons, and the tan color provides a clean, consistent appearance on sealed cases.

The synthetic rubber adhesive bonds instantly to standard corrugated surfaces and to cartons manufactured with elevated recycled fiber content — a surface condition that can reduce adhesion performance on competing tape formulations. The moisture- and abrasion-resistant backing resists edge tearing and splitting under the stresses of shipping, storage, and handling, making it well suited for e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing pack-out lines, and retail distribution centers.
