Tape Logic® #600 Hot Melt Tape is a 1.6 mil clear polypropylene carton sealing tape built around a hot melt adhesive system engineered for high-volume, repetitive sealing operations. The 2-inch width and 110-yard roll length are sized to fit standard hand-held and tabletop tape dispensers without adjustment or adapter hardware.

The hot melt formulation delivers controlled, easy unwind that reduces hand fatigue on long sealing runs, with extra elongation and strong shear strength that holds reliably on over-stuffed or irregularly shaped cartons. An application temperature range of 32°F to 104°F suits ambient warehouses, cooler staging areas, and climate-controlled fulfillment and manufacturing facilities alike.

Each case contains 6 rolls at approximately 3.16 lbs per roll. The clear film keeps carton labels, printed graphics, and barcodes visible through the tape layer — an advantage in scan-heavy pick-and-ship and receiving workflows. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
