Tape Logic® #800 Hot Melt Tape is a 2.2 mil clear polypropylene carton sealing tape, 3 inches wide by 110 yards per roll. The hot melt adhesive delivers a quiet, smooth unwind with extra elongation — a meaningful advantage on high-volume sealing lines where noise and tape snap create operator fatigue.

The adhesive bonds reliably to corrugated cartons, including over-stuffed and irregularly surfaced boxes, and adheres effectively to film surfaces. This makes it a practical choice for e-commerce fulfillment centers, manufacturing packaging lines, retail distribution hubs, and warehouse shipping departments handling mixed carton profiles.

The polypropylene backing maintains consistent tensile strength across the application temperature range of 32°F to 104°F, with a service range of 10°F to 120°F — suitable for ambient warehouses and cooler staging areas alike.
