Tape Logic® #900 Hot Melt Tape delivers consistent carton sealing performance in a 2.5 mil tan polypropylene construction. Its hot melt adhesive formula features a quiet, smooth unwind with extra elongation, allowing the tape to conform to overstuffed or irregularly shaped corrugated cartons without splitting or flagging.
This tape is well suited to high-volume shipping lines, e-commerce fulfillment centers, manufacturing facilities, and cold-storage-adjacent environments where reliable adhesion across shifting temperatures is essential. Its ability to bond to film and other non-porous surfaces extends its usefulness beyond standard corrugated sealing.
The adhesive is rated for application between 32°F and 104°F and maintains a service hold from 10°F to 120°F. Each case contains 36 rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
