Tape Logic #900 Hot Melt Tape is a 2.5 mil clear polypropylene carton sealing tape engineered for high-volume packaging lines. Its hot melt adhesive formula combines quiet, controlled unwind with extra elongation, delivering reliable bonds on corrugated and film-faced surfaces without the snapping noise common to aggressive hot melt tapes.

This tape is well suited to e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and distribution environments where throughput is high and carton weights vary. The extra elongation makes it particularly effective on over-stuffed cartons and irregular box surfaces that standard tapes may bridge or fail to seat properly.

The adhesive performs across an application temperature range of 32°F to 104°F and a service range of 10°F to 120°F, covering both climate-controlled and unregulated warehouse conditions. Each 3-inch core roll is compatible with standard carton sealing tape dispensers, and the product is sold in 6-roll cases for efficient stock replenishment.
