The 6 x 9 inch Kraft TerraBoard™ Flat Mailer is a rigid, paperboard mailer built from 100% recycled content, including 75% post-consumer material. It delivers firm, protective structure without poly film or bubble padding, making it a fully paper-based option for operations with documented sustainability requirements or ESG reporting commitments.

These mailers are well-suited for e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, publishing, and B2B shipping environments where flat or slim items — such as documents, cards, photos, small soft goods, or thin rigid products — need to arrive without bending or creasing. The natural kraft finish supports both branded and unbranded outbound packaging programs.

Each case contains 250 mailers. The kraft TerraBoard™ construction provides verifiable post-consumer recycled credentials with no composite or synthetic materials to separate before disposal. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
