These 12 x 20 inch VCI flat poly bags are constructed from 4 mil low-density polyethylene film embedded with vapor corrosion inhibitor chemistry. The VCI releases corrosion-inhibiting vapors that form a protective molecular layer on ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces, eliminating the need for oils, desiccants, or manual wrapping before bagging.

The transparent film allows parts to be visually identified, inventoried, and picked without opening the bag — a practical advantage in automotive, aerospace, electronics, and general manufacturing environments where metal components, machined parts, hardware, and industrial assemblies move through storage and transit frequently.

Each case contains 250 bags in a flat open-end design. The 4 mil thickness provides durable puncture and tear resistance during warehousing and shipment. Bags may include printed VCI attribute labeling for easy identification at receiving and inspection points.
