These 4 x 6 inch VCI flat poly bags are made from 4 mil low-density polyethylene film embedded with vapor corrosion inhibitor chemistry. The VCI compound releases a protective vapor inside the sealed enclosure that bonds to exposed metal surfaces, inhibiting oxidation without oils, sprays, or secondary coating steps.
These bags are well suited for electronics manufacturers, machine shops, automotive suppliers, and industrial distributors storing or shipping ferrous and non-ferrous components — including hardware, fasteners, machined parts, and small assemblies. Transparent film lets warehouse staff identify, count, and pick parts without opening the bag, reducing handling time during receiving and fulfillment.
The 4 mil film thickness delivers reliable puncture resistance for parts with sharp edges or irregular profiles. Each case contains 1,000 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
