These 12 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 1 inch white Stayflats® gusseted mailers are built from .020 white chipboard, delivering rigid stay-flat protection without requiring additional inserts or stiffeners. The 1" gusset expands to accommodate items with moderate thickness, making these mailers well-suited for flat and semi-thick shipments that need reliable shape retention in transit.

The gusseted design serves e-commerce fulfillment, print-on-demand operations, retail distribution, and document or sample mailers where a standard flat mailer falls short. The white exterior accepts shipping labels and printed branding cleanly, supporting professional outbound presentation without additional prep.
